Im not necessarily aiming to break even 250 horse. This motor stock only produced 120hp, and 98 of that making it past the wheels. I figure I have about 800 dollars to play with and a creative mind so why not throw together a 7-8lb turbo system and see what she does. Im just concerned about the pistons and how to get oil to the turbo. Im afraid that I wont tune things right and end up with piston all up and down my spark plugs.

yeah. I would like to try it someday. just need to find a motor i dont mind grenading. looking forward to seeing how this goes. keep in mind 8 lbs is +50% increase in atmospheric pressure so its safe and gives good, albeit not neck snapping wheel lifting results. a smaller turbo will spool up faster. nice thing about a turbo is, its reversible fairly easily. if you look arounf the falcon board (i have on eof those too) theres a guy who turboed a fairmont on the super cheap with a 200 I 6. its fairly ghetto but it worked well.

I just put a 60hp nitrous kit on mine when it was a 200... made it fun!
