This is the 45th Anniversary of the Maverick...I would think if they didn't do it this year it will never happen! Can we do one ourselves? At the Mega Ford Weekend up here a few years ago we had a bucket and pieces of paper for everyone walking past to vote for their Favourite Maverick/Comet...

If it is anything like Carlisle.....Pintos show up in droves. I never realized how many Pintos were still out there tll I went to Carlisle. And don't even get me started on Merkurs.
Unfortunately I won't be able to make it all the way down to SoCal in my Mav but for those making the trek down I-5 through Oregon, I'd be more than happy to meet up. Portland? Salem? Let me know if anyone is interested, can find a diner to invade. PS: I should mention this might be the last chance to see my almost completely original Maverick (I've had a custom back dash put in and new stereo system.. waited to do anything else) before I start getting bigger stuff changed on it. It's in VERY good condition for it's age.
