    Well just to put in my two cents, I've submitted my Mav to Pimp My Ride, and requested the application for Overhaulin', and both of them describe exactly what the person has to pay for. You don't have to pay for any of the actual parts or labor, but you do have to pay whatever the tax would be on the parts. So yeah, you might end up spending some cash, but if you think about it, that means that you could get like a a $50K restoration for all of $12K? Sounds great to me.
