Going to put a DGV 32/36 on my 76 250 soon. will eventually get around to a header, etc. anyway, i have a genuine weber that i beleive was sold aftermarket and its a non emission carb. whats a good starting point on jetting on this carb for this motor? I've done the conversion on a 200 in the past but its beena while. since the stroke is longer on the 250 the piston speed and therefore mixture velocity will be faster so im sure the jetting wont correspond or be terribly close. and the other carb is a holley/weber the stock 1bbl carter is 'ok' and i have it tuned about as good as its going to get. motor has 40K on it from new so no other issues. and before anyone tells me to jam a v8 in the car.. no. we already have one and i want to bulild a 6. Thanks for any help in advance. -Mark
Check this article out. There are links at the page bottom. It may give you some insight! http://www.classicinlines.com/WeberDGV.asp
thanks for that. :Handshake yup, ive read that. Just wondering what the experience people here have. ie, what they are running with this setup so i can have a good starting point.
see, the reason i asked is that on the bottom list, theres no result on a 'direct mount' weber. Id like to know whos runnign a 32/36 with a milled 'big log' head.
