Wheels And Bolt pattern need Help

    i Have A Chance to get some new wheels for my 73 mav
    i Want To put 15'' in the rear and 14 in the front for the old school drag look

    Will These Wheels Work Here Are The Sizes i got from the guy
    5x4.5 to 5x4.75 rear wheels are 15 x 7 front are 14x6

    Any help Appreciated

    1972 Maverick Grabber - Color: Orange Also, 1976 Ford Maverick 4-door, 1977 Mercury Comet 2-door.
    You will need the 5 on 4.5" bolt pattern. Sounds like the wheels you are looking at are either uni-lug or made with two patterns.

    4.5 to 4.75? Are they uni lug? mavericks use 5x4.5.

    1972 Maverick 2 door.Original V-8 3 spd std shift.Also a 72 one owner Sprint sporting a 351 Windsor
    The 5X 4.75 wont work...Mavericks are 5X4.5 bolt spacing. rim width shouldnt be a problem provided the offset/backspacing is correct.

    Hmm...Unilug...Make sure the lug nuts have the proper depth...

    they do sound like they maybe uni lug

    They're unilug. But if you really want that "look", you'll want wider rear wheels. 7's are just basically stock width..

    Two spares??? So how do modern cars get away with a doughnut that's probably only 75/80% as tall as other tires???

    Use a 14" and don't worry about it... There is a reason it's called spare...
