I liked the pic..so i figured id share it...its a 1974 Comet Gt (actual GT car)..shaved markers and maverick front end/small bumper swapped, still got a white set of early stripes to go on it and i plan on making a custom comet medallion for the grill. shes sporting a new 347 stroker & 150shot, built c4 with a 3500stall. There was 2 other mavericks, cliff's and mike's but i actually took 0 pictures at this show for some reason! my buddy happened to take one for me.
Looks great It takes a nice car to draw the attention away from Cliffs car, I havent seen Mikeys car in awhile
Lol just can't find a nice comet bumper around here! otherwise i got the rest of the stuff here still...until then, it'll stay with the maverick front end...and maybe forever if i get one of maverickman's hood's. and thanks everyone for the nice comments!
The PAINT looks great. I'm all for making it what it should be.. Curious what bumper your looking for. I have a 73 sitting around.
lookin for a nice early one..but the shipping on it would kill me. so it has to be closer....the paint only turned out so well due to a bunch of nice guys on the forum here giving me tips and answering my dumb questions! was my first atttempt at a real nice paint job. everything else i had done was always bush trucks or crappy vehicles to make them 1 color sprayed outside.
