If it's not too late I'd go over his head, most astute business people will gladly turn a profit and if your willing to pay him even a few cents a pound over what he is getting they should do it, screw the counter guy, find the real decision maker...just my opinion and also what I would do!

In case you guys didn't notice...it is a piece of junk. I don't see a straight panel on it, and with that paint missing off the top and windows blown out, maybe a fire?

That said...it wasn't too long ago I wouldn't have given my right arm for that rear bumper, rear valence, etc....

No fire, paint is just faded away. If Pacific Steel in Montana is anything like the one here in town they take no prisoners when unloading cars. Depending on their mood, they will use the claw or brutalize them with a forklift. The one here in town picked up a load of mid to late 30's cars and crushed them nearly instantly just so nobody would ask to buy them. Once they are on the lot in their possession, it's all over.

Roof is crumpled from being picked off trailer with a claw. Before being unloaded it was a straight very restorable car. Would have been worth alot more parted out, but some people just dont care.

if it's at a salvage yard it's considered...scrap metal. it would have served a better ending at a...Pull-A-Part.

Here in NY guys would give their eyeteeth for rust free steel like that. Did this yard sell ANY vehicle parts at all or just pack everything in containers and ship it to china?
