Can anyone help with the year of this Maverick Grabber?

    Not sure if this is a 1970 or 1971. It was an automatic with a V8. Would like to date it and try to locate one.

    Yes, definetely a71 bu what is interesting is the stripe color where I just saw blue cars with gold strips with white pin strip around and not silver stripes like this one.

    It was special ordered from Ford and silver stripes on the sides and hood were an option. Thanks everyone for verifying it a 1971!

    I believe 1970 only had a six cylinder engine, if it's the original engine.

    1970's only had six cylinders from the factory. If it has a v8 that has not been added by a former owner it is a 71.
