    Been A Few Weeks since i been on here been busy with the Maverick
    Got The best Shop for the winter to do this build The Shop Was My Dads unfortunatly he passed away 5 years ago the shop was left the same way as he had left it 5 years ago so after talking with my sister about what this build means to me we decieded that the best place to do this build was dads shop so i recruited my nephew and brother inlaw and we cleaned it up going threw stuff brought back alot of memories but i know dad will be with me on this build the shop size is 4 cars deep and 2 cars wide work benches all around and every tool i need to do this build and then some .. so i stareted getting ready to pull the engine this weekend Posted Are A Couple Of Pics [​IMG][​IMG]

    hey coop you would have to under go a top secret security clearance, retinal scan , finger print scan , full f.b.i ,c.i.a background checks then blind folded and driven in an unmarked vehical to the secret location lol
    you can come out anytime you would like coop any help would be apprciated its about a 45 nmin drive from your place coop

    Hope Everyone Had A Great Thanksgiving and ''Gobbeled Til Ya Wobbled ''
    Spent alot of time working on the mav went to columbus to meet Craig to pick up steering setup
    finally got the engine out on sunday clean up engine compartment put in steering and install new motor
    one day closer to being done lol [​IMG] [​IMG]

    It Been Almost A Month Since My last post hope everyone enjoyed their HOLIDAZE Did We Have Christmas ???
    Worked On Christmas eve & Christmas day on The Car
    been working like a Maverick Madman Should Like CRAZY on getting stuff done on the car
    manual steering is in and working well ,got engine compartment all cleaned up and looking good my goal is to get the new engine in this weekend of the new year Also Started Sanding The Body Down Getting It Ready For Paint So Far Im Right on Schedueal For Getting It to The Body Shop For paint In February :D I Was Hoping Santa And His Elves Would Have installed the Engine For me on Christmas But I Must Have Been A BAAAAAD Boy :evilsmile: LMAO Everyone Have a Great NEW YEAR :party2:[​IMG] [​IMG]

    I see you have got the front fenders already hung on the car Mike. I hope they work out OK for you.

    Santa told me when he stopped at my house, that the beer and pizza you left did not cut it. He said the beer was warm and the pizza was cold so the elves refused to work under those conditions. You know the elves went union last year and it is in their contract "Cold Beer and Hot Pizza" less than that, they can refused to do the job. Cookies and milk don't cut it any more! LOL.

    Its Been Almost A Month since my last post getting ready for paint in february
    been working every minute i can on the maverick for 2015 round up gotta love sanding getting it ready for paint almost done with the sanding its nice having a top secret location no one to bother you cell phone only works there sometimes lol
    with a couple of set backs since the new year all in this month its been a rough one for my sis and i but we will make it threw my tribute build on this car has become my threapy so im still moving along little bit of body work i had to do is done so just need to finish sanding and put the primer on then off for paint the color will stay the same Chrome Yellow very cool color after paint off to lucky strike designs for the final touches of old school lettering since we are going with an old school drag look as a tribute to my best friend and brother who passed of cancer we loved drag racing and the drag strip was the last place he and i went to before he left and with the maverick being the first car he and i worked on together its only appropreate to do it this way The Car Will Be Called '' LUNATIC FRINGE '' After His Favorite Song ( Not The Wrestler ) i am having a V.I.P Sanding And Engine Installing Party For Any One In the Pittsburgh area who would like to Help Ill Put You on the V.I.P Guest List lol i can pay in Beer & Pizza
