I saw a set like them on a Maverick at the Silver Springs show in FL last week. The guy bought the car new and bought the wings from the dealership at the same time, so they could be an original Ford item.

They were available from the dealer parts department. When we got our new maverick in Chicago, we got floor mats and windwings along with a model car.

You know those smoked plexiglass "wings" people put on cars these days? Well, I saw some on a ricer that were about a foot wide. Really looked stupid. But I guess you could probably ride around in a driving rainstorm with your windows rolled down.

Wow, who would have guessed that those did fit? I remember the discussion we had a while back about them, and most of us were sure they wouldn't fit. Opps. :D Sort of a cool add on. I was going to say that these Wind Wings would route the toxic rice fumes away from the inside of the car, but it wouldn't matter because by the time you get your window down, you already passed them!! :)

wow, while rare as hell, those just look bad, imo. Don't look for a set on mine any time soon.
