We got some of that nasty winter weather down here in Florida this week. Not great for getting much done. But I did get my 9" third member set up this week. Got a 4.11 gear set for the car. Checking patterns and hopefully I will install this weekend.

More cut, fit, weld. Next up will be the front floors, they aren't nearly as bad as the back. Just has pitting with some small holes on the passenger side, leaky heater core, already checked the cowl with a garden hose!

Taught my 14 yr. old how to change the voltage regulator and how to install battery cables. After the install he hopped in and it fired right up. Asked me "what else can we replace?" Good times.

Shoot, not including the windshield, I have three sets of glass. I have no idea what I'm going to do with all of it but I can't bring myself to get rid of any of it.

Put a new heater core in. The old one had a leak. One of the inlets decided to turn into a drain. The second time I've had to do this in the 10 or so years I've had it. What a pain. Then after I got it all put back in it's sounding like the fan is ready to quit.

Got the 73 Grabber back home in my garage this weekend and test fitted the Shelby taillights. Still a along way to go to have it ready for the round up, but getting closer. 73 Grabber with Shelby Tailights.JPG

Check my fluids and took it out for a spin, first time in 2015. Everything seems to be working fine, esp., the heater. 95% of the snow melted, streets dry, in the low-mid 40's, sunny, calm winds, been waiting abt 6 weeks since last had it out. Looking fwd to more of these days...
