My 73 Project

    Bought this last weekend. Added dual exhaust last week and here's a little info on my intake/carb swap with dyno numbers.

    Up on the dyno to get a base pull. Layed down a whopping 132RWHP and a NECK SNAPPING 181 TQ

    Before and after, had to fab up a custom throttle cable bracket. (no pics) A shot of my friend Jamey in action. He's the guy that owns the dyno shop.

    I know this is an old thread, but I have to ask; you only got 19 horsepower increase from adding a 4-barrel & dual exhausts? That doesn't sound too good.

    And the factory torque rating was 234 with the 2-barrel & single exhaust. I can only assume that it's a tired engine.

    Who knows. It doesn't feel fast by any means. I am building and engine currently though. Also a shot c4 didn't help either.
