I have a 250 in my 70 Mav, I can not seem to find a new replacement radiator for it. Anyone know where I could buy one? Preferably non Chinese. Its over $300.00 tho have mine re-cored.

Possibly the inlet/outlet is different size on the '70???

I dunno what the differences are but O'rilleys has a Murray replacement that fits a '71 250, which as same as what fits 302... $159, part number 433339... I have same in my Comet and yes it's from China...

The equivalent aluminum rads are sold on ebay under part number 339... A few have reported fitment issue that lower tank hit the triangular brace from frame rail to front cross member...

    Having some time to kill, I checked '70 Mustang with 250 & 302, both use the 433339 radiator(1½" inlet/outlet)...Also '71 & '72 Maverick 250 & 302 use this rad...

    The '70 Mustang & Maverick with 200 both use the 433329(1¼" inlet/outlet)..

I'd think the 433339 would be a safe bet for a '70 250 Maverick... Easy enough to check your hose size to verify...

I bought a Chinese made aluminum radiator for my 77, seven-eight years ago from someone here that had a run made. It's still doing the job, never had a problem with it.

The differences are the inlet and outlet sizes from the small six to the 250/302. The are smaller on the small 6.
