Well, nothing near where I wanted to be at by now but I'm going to put the mav in a little local show tomorrow and see what happens. Not expecting big things out of entering but supposed to be a lot of nice classics and customs show up. I'll post some pictures up after I leave.
Our season could have easily started a couple weeks ago but mother nature has had different plans. Rained for a week straight and nice days have had storms in the afternoon. Supposed to be nice for at least the next week. Hoping to get out there a little more. Thanks Frank. Going to have the little one with me so I'll undoubtedly be chasing her around everywhere. Have they made a bonding agent good for shoes to asphalt yet?
It will be on the market in July and August...but its good for every thing to stick to asphalt. Some people call it a star but most call it the sun
[QUOTE="...................... and don't point out any negatives...[/QUOTE] Unfortunately, there will be jerks that will do that for you. Seems like their is one in every crowd. If they do, just ask them if "they" brought a car to the show!
Had one dude say the white ball shifter in the mav was played out. Held up the kiddo (she's 1 1/2) and said she picked it out in the store. Thought he was going to cry
I find that Mavericks get a lot of attention at the shows I attend because of there isn't that many around - Good luck at your show
Even got a bonus of seeing the budweiser Clydesdales! Turned out to be a great day with the family and the maverick managed to place 8th out of 30 something cars. Wasn't expecting that at all.
