    I thought that was what the bubble gum that you used was for, to plug the crack in the block. LOL. I did check with my son and he does not want to part with his short block assembly. It is good that you are still making progress though. Keep pushing and you will get it done.

    Seems to run ok shakes a little after getting screwed on 2000.00 i had to fire it up for fun

    Went today and helped Mike change the 4 lug drum to 5 lug disc on the Grabber. I gave him everything he needed for the swap except, outer tie rod ends, hoses & caliper hardware. He had the tie rod ends. Brake hoses & hardware on order. Looking good. He can now mount tires on his mag wheels & install on the car. Can't wait to see it.... 4 lug drum.jpg 5 lug disc.jpg

    Been A While Since I Posted Its Game Time So I have been working on the car every moment i get to get it done
    next to get done this weekend is floor shift and get the new tires and wheels on once these are done car is going for paint :thumbs2:

    Upodate On The 73 Maverick that i started on Corey The Kid I Sold it Back to had contacted me and asked if he could put my brotheres intials on the 73 along next to his dads i said yes. it was an honor for him to do this this build has been an emotional roller coaster for both familys both cars will be at the 2015 Round Up side by side

    Thanks To Coop For helping me getting the disc brakes on

    Well heres an update
    working like CRAAAAAAAAZY :coco:like i said in the last post its game time so posts are far between and i apoligize
    been putting in 10 hour days on the Mav we are almost there so close i can smell the paint
    working on finishing up details on the engine compartment so far looking good
    i want to give a big Thanks Out To Coop , Allen Small , Craig Selvey, For All The Help With Parts Ect ...My Brother In Law Bert My Awesome Sister Rachel For Putting Up With My Maddness And Feeding Me And Giving me a place to sleep, And The rest Of the Maverick / Comet Family for keeping me Going On this Project And my Brother Who is Looking Down On me Laughing His Ass Off But I Will Complete This Project As A Tribute To Him its been a long 8 Months 2 Mavericks Below Zero Tempetures alot of Blood Sweat And Tears Have Gone Into This Project and Round Up 2015 Is on The horizon ....
    I Will Keep You All Updated When I Can

    WOW !!!! Been Over A Month already since my last post time Flies when you working like a Mavmaniac lol
    We Are Alomst Done Just in Time For The Round Up
    She Goes For Paint Tomorrow and Should Be Back Saturday Then Put Her Back Togther
    its been a long 9 month project but have loved every miniute
    everything will be done except interior that still needs some work but 2 cars in 9 months not to bad id say
