Did anyone see the yellow Maverick in last nights episode of Night Shift? They quickly scanned a multi-car accident on the freeway on that show and I was sure I saw a Maverick. I told my son and wife...but neither seemed to care or believe me. A little later in the show they confirmed that it was a 1971 Maverick and then went on to say how dangerous the lap belts in those cars were. I'm not sure if it was compliment or not when the doctor said that the kid must have been a car guy to drive a car like that. LOL
There was only a quick glimpse of it, but the paint looked nice! Well right up to the part where is was crushed in the accident anyway.
Thanks for the heads-up. The wife was out of town, so we have a couple episodes loaded up on the DVR, waiting to be watched.
Caught that as well. Young man said it was a 71 Maverick Grabber. It was his mom's car and he learned to work on it through the Internet. Maybe some of us helped!
