Where did you mount instrument gauge cluster

    OK, I need to mount my oil/temp/amp instrument gauge cluster. I have a 1970 maverick, open glove/tray area

    Where did you mount yours? Pics if you have them please.

    Very nice, awesome job. Not going to go that elaborate at this point and time. I want to work the bugs out first, this frame/components havent seen the road for roughly 30 years (tags on vehicle were 1985)
    I do like that though

    I've noticed a several have them hanging under the dash either below the radio or below the radio and to the passenger side.

    '72 Maverick, 347 c.i., w/ dual quads, TKO 600 5-speed transmission, back halved w/ 4-link, '16 F150, 5.0 Coyotte, regular cab, shortbed, lowered 3/5 & 1-owner '79 Trans Am.
    I mounted mine in the center dash a/c vent hole with an aluminum panel made by a friend. Your '70 model may not have that opening. When I reinstall the a/c I'll hang that vent under the dash.

    Mine are mounted in a pinto mini console. It fits great, and looks like it belongs.

    2015-07-27 13.58.50.jpg I found one pic of the console. I had to modify it to clear the shifter cable, so it has a little "hump" in the tray.
