Okay so I was looking for maverick info for relocating or removing the headlight foot switch, but I came across this site if anyone hasn't seen it, but I found this sweet pick of a maverick with a nice color combo but it is from 1970, the pic and the car.. But here's the site http://www.maverick.to/grabber/index.html there's a ton of articles and how to's but what I mean by articles are magazines from back in 69/70 and other cool goodies

Car Craft did something similar. Ak Miller was basically a hired performance consultant for Ford. He is a legend in and of himself. Here are pages from the 1971 Car Craft article. They even took this car to Ak for a Chassis Dyno tune.

Anyone have the April '71 Hot Rod with 302 Maverick test?

Would be interesting to see how it performed...

I don't know about Hot Rod and the Maverick, but Motor Trend tested a neatly optioned Comet GT...

It sure would be neat to find out where that Comet GT went and show off that Full-length Sunroof!!

I have an idea maybe if the admin approves or like, but pin this thread and make it to where it shows all the magazine clippings mentioning comets or maverick by day and month since 1969
