    May be I shoud just not posts replies when I am sitting in my daughter's hospital Room right after they had to go back into her brain to fix a leak. I apologize if I took it wrong.

    I do think that this would be a good option for someone that did not want to spend the money on high dollar hood hinges that are not really on the market anyways.

    To open my hood further I had somebody hold it all the way open as far as it can then drill a 1/4 hole through the hinge, then when you want put a bolt through the hole and no prop rod wth more clearance.

    PS your billet hinges are beautiful
