Santa Claus came early this year.
Says it's plug and play but I'm sure it will require some experienced help with the set up and tune.

Found what looks like a Stallion sport wheel on Craigslist that I am looking to grab. Just need the seller to email me back since they didn't put contact info in the posting.

Got up today and looked at the Maverick for something to do. I decided to black-out under the front grill (it's been on the list for some time). I know I'll get some feedback on painting the aluminum radiator, but it is just a single light coat and I'm confident it won't be an issue (The radiator is 3" thick and at most, the paint is into the fins 1/8 inch).

What did you paint the radiator with, lights in the grille give it a totally different look as well as the window trim being black and white turn signal lenses. You have my vote of approval

Picked up that sport wheel today, I was happy to see it was set up for a horn and the steering column lock. It will be a good candidate for one of the new leather wraps and a good cleaning and possible paint job on the spokes but all in all I'm tickled.

I also made an unrelated CL score, picking up a 59AB flathead block for free tonight. I have an unhealthy lust for the flatheads so for the price I'll grab it, if it's junk I'm out nothing. The guy said it was a runner but toasted the crank and has been sitting for years. If it's good I may build me a Model A finally!
