Just noticed your shock tower braces .. Uncluttered , and Effective . Nicely done . We're making a brace here at
our shop with one inch tubing .65 wall thickness for my Daughters Maverick . The car has fuel injection and we had to ' miss ' a lot of stuff which was in the way so Dr.Bill figured out the route and is ' bending ' the bar to connect to the shock areas . We have a hydraulic bender for our regular Aluminum Work here at the plant and it worked great on this application. The 'custom brace ' is an attractive item on any car. Nice Going !

5a.jpg 5a.jpg I just had my 72 Comet GT appraised for my insurance company. With the Boss 302 engine it's value was $19,500

In my opinion that is way too low. I wouldn't sell my car for that....and yours has a BOSS engine. I hope you have it insured for more.
