to the forum! Does Ohio allow a search of DMV records by VIN to locate a particular cars owner? I have often wondered, when you read a story about someone that found their old car, how they located it?

from Atlantic Canada! If you have the VIN, there may be a small chance that the VIN could be registered here on our VIN List. I know the odds are very very low, but it's an easy thing to eliminate/check... Anything that may have been on the car to make it stand out from others? There are lots of members here from Ohio. My 71 Grabber actually came from ohio, so you just never know how far away a car could end up... Good Luck with your search!
