After years of searching and looking for parts, I've finally got my high back buckets in the car. These needed everything from foam to covers to welding. Plus also recovered the rear seats to match and replaced the carpet. I'm very happy with how it turned out. I still haven't solved using a sleeve for the female belts on the tunnel side of the seats. My belts are 15 1/2 inches from the mounting hole to the bottom of the buckle and I can't find a sleeve the right length. Anyone have any ideas?

No they aren't. Not long after getting the seats from you I found some original Maverick high back seats. Finally got them restored and installed. I still have those other buckets if you know someone that might need them.
