Top pics are lower quarter extensions for a '73. Trim look like the rear glass trim.

So off a big bumper set up?
Trim pieces don't match my rear window, not even close. Could it be for a four door? The longest straight piece is 49" long.

The rubber parts are rear bumper filler pieces for a 73 model Mav/ Comet.
The trim pieces appear to be 4 door rear window tr

No, still a small bumper setup, but one year only.

Are these a match to those rear bumper fillers or just regular ones? DSC06253.JPG

Those rear fender caps will fit all 69-73 Mavericks. You need to establish if they are 2 door or 4 door. The picture makes them look like 2 door, but compare them to your 72 Comet to know for sure. The chrome trim on those caps is probably more desireable than the caps themselves. The trim for 4 door vs 2 door do not interchange, deck lids are just enough different in size.

To clarify on the 1973 rear bumper .... the same bumper was used, but with one-year-only bumper mounts that moved them about an inch away from the body, hence the bigger filler pieces. The big bumper cars started in 1974, so this was a nod to the then-new 5 mph bumper law, but the big bumper cars were the final solution to meet the requirement. A similar one year treatment was done to the front bumper, but that actual bumper is a middle-sized piece, compared to pre-73 units.

Capt! Thanks for the history lessons :)
They look like a two door version.

Those trim moldings might not even be for a Maverick/Comet. I don't recognize them. More close up pictures might help, as I was thinking they might be for a 4-door Maverick with a halo vinyl top.
