I personally do not own a maverick, or comet at the moment. The thought has crossed my mind several times to find one and fix it up. but that's not the reason I'm here... I came here in hopes that someone here may know the where abouts of a 76' maverick my dad had built up back in the day. I personally have not seen the vehicle in almost 15 years, last I saw it was in a garage in sterling heights, MI. It was his pride and joy, unfortunately he had to sell it a while back. some details that I can remember as I wee lad when he was building it... - corvette yellow paint job - red hand prints across the rear spoiler had "don't get pushy" in between. (fun fact... they were my hand prints from when I was a kid) - had a somewhat built 351W under the hood any help locating this car would be awesome!

I look after the Maverick/Comet VIN List here on the site. There may be a slight chance a succeeding owner may have been a member here? Good Luck with finding your Dad's old car...
