    Gave my baby a much needed bath! Long overdue, will probably get another bath and a cruise this weekend when the bees are gone. She fires right up with no problems, still some kinks to work out. See an engine swap in my future.....:thumbs2:

    ordered a mini starter solenoid ( BCA4501) with a built in bump button. should make adjusting valves and setting timing a little easier...:thumbs2:

    I copied Mavgrab302 and ordered the US mag Ramblers from Jegs, after I was lucky and got one of the rear rims for $35 at Summit Racing's clearance rack. God is good to me.

    checking on an electric waterpump for my motor. the one I'm looking at the speed is controlled by the temp, that is it's T-stat...:bouncy:

    Changed the rear jets from 68 to 72 in my Avenger. It was popping at higher rpm. Holley said to up the jets 4 sizes, which seems a bit much, but it seems right. I do have a set of 70's I forgot I had. If too rich, I'll go with them. Now to try it out!

    Often two jet sizes isn't even noticable, for noticeably lean secondaries increase of four is a good start.

    Effie and I road up to Summit today and picked up my E-waterpump...:bouncy:
    now the problem is...while the waterpump is off, do I pull the front cover and swap in that cam I've been looking at...:huh:

    You are probably right...I would like to move the leaf springs inboard first.
    :scratchchin:...maybe I should have done that when I built that 9" ...:slap:
