Got the 5.0L HO block from the '92 cougar donor cleaned up, honed, and painted. Engine rebuild kit is ordered. Taking all the aluminum parts home with me to get them cleaned up so it looks fresh when it goes back together on my next trip up to the shop.

Replaced the locks, door panels and speedometer. Took it for it's first ride in over 2 weeks.

Starter started dragging a while ago, so I took it out and had it tested. One place, it dragged, another place it did not. I think I will rebuild the solenoid and see if it works, before I replace the starter.
