I am planning to change out my belt line and glass run weatherstrips this weekend.
I read one post that said rather than removing the door glass you can just remove the rubber stop that prevents the window from going down too far, this would allow the window to be rolled down below the beltline so that weatherstripping can be changed with the window in place. Sounds like a good idea, has anyone else tried it this way?

Once you get that far into the door, it is super easy to remove the glass and just get it out of your way.

Thanks Craig, you are always a good source of knowledge. Got it done and glad I pulled the glass, don't know how I would have done the window whisker strip with it in.
