Hi everyone. Anybody have any of the Scott Rod Fabrication door panels? Do they have spots for window crank and door handles to open door? Thanks guys.

 

Yes, they do. I have them in my car.

I haven't seen any pics of their wing they sell but I really want to get one for my car.

 

I used stainless self tapping screws but plan to pull them in exchange for stainless button head Allen screws. I want to retain access to the window mechanisms. When I get to narrowing the differential I plan to look at Scott Rod Fabs quarter panels & bulkhead.

Nice! Thank you for the pics. I've never seen those in a Maverick of Comet before. look great. How long are the screws you used? Did it matter where you drilled them? Thank you very much again for the pics and answering my questions.

 

I don't remember exactly how long they were but they're very short. I tried to space them out to look uniform and paid attention when I had the stock panels off to be sure that I wasn't interfering with anything inside the door. They clean up nicely with window cleaner! The aluminum door mechanism covers were made by a friend.

Thanks! He also made my tach mount and the gauge panel that replaced the dash A/C opening. When I reinstall the A/C I'll put those vents under the dash.
