I am trying to figure out where the vacuum canister is suppose to mount in a 76 with a v8. Can someone please post a picture?

I thought they all mounted in the same place for every year...pass side.

Mebby '76 is different but on earlier models are no holes, three studs that canister clamp bolts to.

I dunno about Maverick but the vacuum Canisters were usually inside the fender well.

Vacuum canisters are always under the vapor canister. AC cars got a different vapor canister just for this reason.
