Also if I made the over tires and wheels: 27" back and 24.3" front; would that work? I ask since the tank and line are near the center bottom and wouldnt want fuel to go unwasted in a bottom edge of the tank.

Also are 15x10s fine for rear wheels? Ive looked online and through the forums but havent gotten a solid answer out of it.

Is the clearance fine for 15x10s in the back with a 3.625 backspacing and a -46 offset?

Your tire looks old and rotted in that pic. The valve stem is rotted too.
    !!!!Think Safety !!!!!!

Is your car running yet? I saw several of your post where you where having bat drainage problem, overheating and something else you could not figure out.
    Are you running yet?

My honest to goodness suggestion is for you to abandon any wheel upgrade and just replace 4 tires and 4 valve stem. Your car sits and looks better than most even with a little rust on wheels! Don't over complicate things.

Sorry man! I'm an old Vet. PTSD kicking in!

Both the tire and stem in your photos look very old. I don't know how either can be recently replaced.

As for the rusted wheels, try scrubbing them with SOS pads and water. The pads must be SOS not some off brand. SOS used to be advertised as having a rust arrestor, they still state prevents rust on the box. I've used SOS many times and it will remove 80% - 90% of that rust. The rust however will eventually return. No problem, just clean the wheels again.

Haha lol, my car is a lot worse than it looks in pics, not going to lie. The valve stems were replaced a few months before it didnt start, so about 3-ish years ago.

As for the wheel clean, i'll try it this weekend!

Valve stems don't just fail, so something is causing it. In this case I would think a good cleaning and deburring of the area around the hole would be a good start.

Mother nature and father time caused his stem to do that.

Duct tape and super glue can fix that valve stem with no problem Mr. Jony.
    I've done it many times.
Rustolem gloss tire paint will have your crack tires looking like new as well.
    Total cost $8.28
