I want to remove the radio bezel so I can cut it to fit a DIN sleeve for a modern radio, for the life of me I cannot figure out how it is attached. The bottom feels loose but the upper is secure.

Can this part be readily removed (red rectangle) or do people just cut the blue area out with everything still in the dash?

I took two phillip screws out of the top front already. Will check again.

From what I remember - When the 2 screws are out, it will tip from the top back into the dash and then lift it up to free the 2 guide pins. It does not pull out the front, it goes in and then out the bottom.

I seem to recall (3) screws need to be removed along the top.

To get to the three screws on the bezel, you'll need to remove the lower dash first.

So I'm having the same issue except trying to put a bezel in. My car didn't have one when I bought it. Can't figure out how it goes in.
