I have a 1977 Ford Maverick that appears to be a Lipstick addition. It's white with a red vinyl top, striping and red interior. Does antone know for sure if Ford produced a Lipstick addition in the Maverick line?

Although I have never heard of such, it sounds fitting. As much as I hate vinyl tops, if I had a car with your scheme, I probably wouldnt change it. Welcome to the site by the way, albeit a late welcome.

Never heard of such, but strange things happen at the end of a production run when they're using up parts stock. Can you post some photos?

Since Lipstick Editions were available for Lincoln & T-Bird, I seriously doubt Ford would even consider such for a Maverick. Especially in it's last model year.

Other year Mav were ordered white with red, doesn't mean it's special. Possibly a Marti Report would verify a special edition.

I have never heard of a lipstick edition Maverick. But....I have also never heard of a lipstick edition of a Thunderbird or Lincolns either. :D
