So has anyone bought one of these yet? If so, I would like to know about the quality and fit. The last time I checked with Tri-City in Tenn. the re-chromed price was higher than the price of these new ones. Tri-City currently has a listing on Ebay for a rear re-chromed show quality bumper for $750. The new bumpers listed on Ebay with free shipping may be the best way to go.
I had a front bumper straightened and re-chromed about 5 years ago at close to $600. I would say with repro's available, do not bother with re-chroming an original.
Bought a front ACP bumper from RPS out of California. Made in Taiwan but appears to be of good quality. Probably not show chrome but still pretty nice. Found a few small flaws that may have been caused by shipping. Not installed yet so not sure about fitment. RPS had the best price that I could find at $439.95 plus $46.00 shipping. RPS customer service does not respond to emails nor do they update the order status so it was a little frustrating dealing with them especially after waiting 4 weeks for the bumper to arrive.
