Flushed and put in fresh coolant, topped off fluids, adjusted timing, took for a ride.

I finally did something to mine after a long dry spell, had to modify the spring perches to fit the SPC arms. Now I can get the suspension hung on it and transport it home. Been at my brothers for over a year while the new house was built.

checked my Dakota Digital gas gauge today...

    ... Holley 12-305... E-pump w/sender
installed the 20 gal. float (69 Mustang)
    19 gal. tank
    55% on gauge
    55% 19 gals. = 10.45 gals.
    drained tank of 11 gals.
seems gauge is within 1/2 gal. ...:thumbs2:

What gauge setup did you buy for your car from them?? I was looking at the round universal gauges but measure 5" if I remember correct. Didn't know how the fitment would be.

talking about the... Holley 12-305... in my car reminded me I needed to clean up some fuel lines and wiring. I pulled the fuel lines, replaced the connectors and shortened them up.
tomorrow I plan to pull the wiring and shorten them and replace the ends/connectors.
my E-fuel pump is controlled by the Pro Flow 4 system.
69* for tomorrow and 70* for Fri. and Sat. , should make for a couple nice days in the shop...:bouncy:

Still in the teens over here. Makes working on my car a chore. All because I don't have a garage.

We're in the 60's today. Three years ago we had several feet of snow at this point but it's cycled like this as long as I can remember. Going to take advantage of it and try to get my Mav ready to move from my brothers shop to mine.

    Was 63* here today, what'd I do?

Fixed a Prius cluster for my friend, easy $50(plus lunch). He made 3X that & deserves it, removing cluster is a PITA. Repair takes maybe 15 minutes to repl capacitor that fails. I fixed four for him around six weeks ago, but this one belonged to a customer & is low milage. Didn't want to swap in a spare.
