Didn't do anything to it except go for a cruise on a beautiful day here. What a joy to cruise around in it, grinning ear to ear.

Tried to extract a rusted, headless seat belt bolt that I've been working off and on for the last 4 years. No success.

Sorry to hear about the broken bolt, have you tried center punching and then drilling out the broken bolt? Start with a smaller drill, like 1/8" and gradually working up to larger, eventually it will come out, good luck!

Isn't there a certain type of bits to use? I feel like other than welding a nut on it, that might be only other thing I haven't tried.

Use a good HSS (High Speed Steel) drill bit, which seat belt bolt is broken? If it is one on the tunnel or rear seat below the trunk, those sometimes have enough threads beyond the reinforcement bracket (have to crawl under the car to see/access) that you can "jam" 2 nuts and work back and forth to loosen. Original bolts had the Torx (star) head, 7/16-20 must have been really rusted on to break!
    Can you post a picture?

New battery lasted 11 days. Just got back from Summit and swapping it out.
    What happened to the quality?

Yes, left handed drill bits are made to be turned counterclockwise. In doing so they apply torque in the direction to unscrew the bolt as you weaken it by hollowing it out. https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p...OvS8bFjIDLw_5GUXF9HsEKiQMh6xsnfbFbLiKOWXkyyJY
