ok guys heres the deal. i have a 302 in my '73 i took it too a car shop they "threw away" my fan shroud and my ceramic header gaskets. i need #1 to know where i can get replacements and #2 the price. if any of u have a fan shroud ur willing to sell thats good too. as for the car shop i will be dealing with them as soon as i figure out how much it will cost to replace the parts. thanks bunches!!!!

    Princess,

I'd be talking to the manager of the shop, and THEY would be replacing those items that they discarded. Why would they throw away a fan shroud? I'd show them what a new one costs from autokrafters, and tell them where to deliver it to.

    Just my .02

    lol

ok well i guess thats kind of an answer. and actually thats exaclty what i planned on doing. having them buy me a new one fan shroud andceramic header gaskets both. and if the say no i just take them to court. but the trashing of my parts is only part of a long long story lets just say when i brought my car in to them i drove it in and when i brought it home 6 months later i had to tow it out.

You live in dayton I think??? You should have asked for help on here. I could have put a crank in your car no problem. I would have worked cheap, just at my convience but I gaurantee it wouldn't have taken 6 mths. WHen it comes to older cars I feel it is best to let somebody that has the knowledge from real world experience do the work.Good Luck I hope you get it all fixed.

Swap meet in Springfield on the 27th of May

Not sure how may swap meets you've attended but there's one in
our area this coming weekend at the Springfield fairgounds. I'll
be there looking for parts myself. Hope you find your parts.
