hey fellas' whats up? I'm located in North Carolina... Just joined, kinda excited about learning new things about my car, a 1963 mercury comet. it runs however im wanting to do a transplant swap...so i figured a good place to start is here! from the guys whos done it..

thats all the pics i have now...but im really curious on doing a 302 or 351 efi swap for this joker... and a price range on the cost of doing this...i really want to obtain the auto unless the 5speed swap is easy and affordable..any reccommendations or suggestions are more than welcome!

my background consists mostly of imports so im fairly new to this scene..so any help would be appreciated...

    my current toy....

    2.5l inline 4 turbocharged sentra se-r spec-v put out 296whp & 289wtq @ 8psi

im fairly educated on the ability to turbocharge a car...so ive had thoughts of a twin turbo'd 302 or 351 being stuffed into the comet floating around in my head..but more than likely not a feasible option right now

but any suggestions welcome! im really wanting to get an efi 302 or 351 swap done immediately.. any suggestions?

any of you guys have aol/aim can contact me...Ryan811869

Nice Comet! But this forum is for the Maverick-based Comet (and the Maverick) so there isn't much discussion of the older ones.

I'm new too, but it seems that Auto Krafters has a pretty good parts inventory for our year Comet.

DO you park a Nissan in the same driveway as your Comet? Treat your Comet with some respect! lol, just kidding
