    Pics as promised

Thanks for the welcome. I've attached a few pics of the car. It's nothing to write home and tell Mom about but I enjoy it. The car has a few dents and dings but is rust free. In the near future I plan to swap in a 302 w/ Toploader 4-speed or T-5, 4-wheel disc and bucket seats.

Robert, I noticed you were in the area. If you ever need my assistance for a local meet let me know and I will help out.

    Luke

Welcome to the board! Your '72 looks great it reminds of when I first bought my '70 Mav. hubcaps and all, except burnt orange color. I don't know if you are aware of that rearend in your car could be swap for a late model Maverick, Comet, Granada, or Monarch with 5 lugs and yes I did get my 9" rearend out of a junkyard '75 Granada with a 351W. It fit perfect.

Thanks for the welcome guys. I appreciate it. However, the car looks better in pictures. It's a 20 footer there's no doubt. Although, I like the fact there is no rust and it runs great. I'm currently working on my wife's '66 Mustang. It's a great car but the rust has about done it in. If it were not for the sentimental value she would have sold it. It truely is a Rustang.

    Myt Mav,
I am aware of the swap possiblities. I've ventured to a few local "classic car" junk yards with no luck. Most vehicles have been picked through thoroughly. I've located a couple of cars locally but both have 4-lug and sixes also and they're really rough.
