It does look like a nice fixer-upper. It will be needing some rust work done on it in the near future. I would love to know what the floors look like. My guess is that it will go somewhere between $2000 and $2600.

    A nice beginning for someone.

I'll guess $2,250.00 (and use the edit message command when I know how much it goes for :D )

Well I hope it goes really cheap,, and to me! Cause I am seriously thinking about bidding on it. Had my eye on it since it first went on auction.

Because of the possible rust issue, it is too difficult to access accurately. My guess would be that it will go for around $3500. A big plus is that it is an original owner Grabber with the small bumpers. It's hard for an original owner to BS you, as there aren't any previous owners to blame anything on!
The last original owner 72 Grabber(It was also Grabber Blue) that was on ebay a year ago or so went to $4000 & didn't reach reserve. The car was here locally in So Cal & I went & looked at that car & it was rust free & very nice, but the the guy selling it for his father wouldn't budge on the price. He wanted $4500 firm.

Here's some food for thought on this Mav. Per the NADA "blue book" for classics and collectibles.......

    low value - $1825

    average - $3625

    high value - $7275

Makes you think that it going for in the $3000's isn't too bad, huh?

I'm gonna say that it never hits it's reserve. These things(Mavericks) are getting TOO popular. :)

I agree with Russ, I say it doesn't hit "Reserve" either.
The Mavericks seem to have gotten a lot of press recently regarding what great finds they are. We have all seen some of these cars recently go for more than they once would have.
