I had not gotten my camcorder out when I made my first (tire-smoking) pass, and my lovely assistant did not get my best run on tape. I would like to put out a request to all those that taped the drag racing to see if you have either of them. My car is blue with a white roof, and my best pass was a 9.07, I believe when I was racing against Rudy Bidlack (the green car with the flames). On my first run I spun the tires right away, and decided to just hold it and see how far they smoked down the track. I thought it looked pretty cool in the mirror! I really want to get a copy of them if I can.
Sure, while you are relaxing, I am getting more stressed! Haven't seen any other replies, so either nobody else got it, or they're just being mean.
If ever get time now since we got back, I'll check the tape Joy made from the bleachers. Trying to catch up on everything that backed up while we were having the best time of the summer so far.
Matt I have at least one run for sure. I was going over my 5 hrs of video and all I can say is the Video should turn out awesome. Most of the interviews turned out great. The races look and sound sweet. The awards show turned at well also. I got some shots of the caravan. Will start this weekend on editing and making a sound track. There will be a few surprises. Man do I sound like a kentucky hill jack though..........
