So who's going to Carlisle?

Just curious as to who plans on attending the All-Ford Nationals in Carlsle for the Regional mini-meet? May 30th-June 1st. Russ

I budget two car trips a year: Usually one Maverick show and then the Nationals in New Castle. Well, I took an unexpected Maverick trip to North Carolina last month and that was my Carlisle for this year!

[I probably better stay away from the Carlisle swap meet anyway! Too many temptations]!

 

I'll be there....driving the wagon out.

 

Sorry to tell you this Todd. but all of the improvements in my car this year have all been either internal(engine parts) or under the floor(tranny and rear gears). Hopefully next year we'll find some paint for it. But it will be at Carlisle( more than likely hiding in a corner somewhere). Russ

 

IM planing on going, haven't missed it in 5 years and don't want to miss the big 100 year show.. plus i got some good deals last year, hope to scrape some cash together.. only thing as of now that may keep me away is my soon to be niece or nephew.. would missing the birth due to all ford swap meet and show make me a bad uncle???

 

I'm a comming too. Trying to find someone local to drive my 77 up there.

Dennis, if you don't trust Carol you could pay for Doug to come up and let him drive it.

 

I'll be there. We had a ball last year and can't wait to see everyone again this year. Also can't wait to see the 2004 Mustang concept cars that are supposed to be there. You must have made quite an impression last year with your wagon Craig. They started up a new class just for station wagons this year.

 

My son ended up calling Craig's wagon "The Unit".
