    11" disc brakes

so i was talking to my buddy today and he was telling me that you can use the granada 11" spindals and calipars on the maverick spindals. according to what he has read on the internet the maverick and the granada spindals are exactly the same. it's just the calipars and rotors that are different. apperently the granada rotors and calipars are cheaper than the maverick stuff. so you have to ask yourself do you want to get bigger breaks for less money? i think this is great.

Someone correct me if I am wrong...
The Granada and Maverick disc brakes are the same in every way, including rotor and caliper.

the granada has 11" and the maverick has 10" so if you want bigger breaks i think its the way too go

are you sure because i gave my friend a set of maverick spindals to put on his falcon and we took a measuring tape too them. it was 10". then we went to the local pull n save yesterday and he pulled off the calipars and rotors from a granada and they were 11".

You can easily get $125 for a disc brake set up. How much does the yard charge?

If you don't pay eBay prices for the cores, you can build a set a lot cheaper!

Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P
i agree.... i guess those are "new" but to me whats the differance if you did go to the bone yard to get a set (though they are getting harder to find) you can get them for about $75 bucks.. clean them up... then get everything else at the parts store and can get away with under $300 easy.. even if you pay $100 bucks at the yard!

for $475 i'd rather spend another $150 bucks and get a set of aftermarket 4 piston brakes not to meantion lighter  ... sorry tylerdru if i'm ruining your group buy.. and if your spaming i take it back. :p
