Yeah i guess the bigger bumpers have a better crash resistance, but also makes it look more solid. Agree to the 4-door big bumper/2-door small bumper discussion.

The leather seats are, as you guys mention, probably vinyl. According to the info I have the car is totally original. That is pretty cool (if it's true).

How far away from you is the car? Have you arranged to see it yet?

I'm normally not a fan of the 4-door, but cosmetically speaking that is a really nice car. I would've expected rust in Sweden, as I'm sure you get even more snow then us in NY!:bananaman

The car is about 250 miles away, one way, not that far but I wouldn't appreciate any unpleasant surprices...

So some things for me to keep in mind and to summarize your constructive comments:
    • Suspension
    • bottom of car
    • Rear wheel wells
    • "Leather" seats
    • Potential rust
    • Engine in general
Maybe interesting, here is the sales info for the car:
    • 61 000 miles
    • Green metallic
    • Straight 6, 3 liters
    • Automatic gearbox
    • Power steering
    • Leather seats
    • LM-rims
    • Original parts, nice condition
    • Originally sold in Sweden
    • 14 owners (not mentioned...)
Again thanks a lot for all comments, I will hopefully get a chance to see it this week.:D

Actually, I think he might have meant only 1 of 14 cars in Sweden. Something like that was mentioned earlier. I'm sure with under 60,000 miles, there couldn't be that many owners, unless the odometer rolled over a few times.

I'm afraid the car has had 14 owners... That is what makes me a bit confused . I spoke with one of the recent owners, he said the engine was tired and when he took the car for his first ride it overheated, so the radiator seemd a bit off. Shoulden't be a big problem to fix though...?
