I would buy a set if they would clear a column shifted C4.

Nice work! I may be interested in trying these on an EFI GT40 X303 aluminum head motor

I have posted 4 pictures of the new headers to my gallery area. I also posted two pics of the new headers right next to the Headmen 88408 headers.

Remember that the pieces pictured here are the prototypes. The production parts will not have all the nice tig welds where the tubes were pieced together. :D These pictures do not do them justice.

Thanks, Jamie for taking the bull by the horns and making this happen. I am definitely planning on getting 2 more sets when they come available! More pictures of them in a car next week.

Okay boys, twisted the boss's ear and this is what I came up with.....

The headers will be available in ceramic coating. The price break will be given to members of this site and to members of the MCCI. Just call Nick or Sean and mention "maverick.to" and you will receive our discount. No, drawn-out group buys to wait for, just a discount(y) . The price break is as follows..

p/n 268-1 $332.25 ceramic coated shorties. The header comes with all hardware and reducers with matching 1/2" thick flanges. The headers also come with a limited lifetime warranty.

Phone number is (951) 739-5900 Ask for Nick or Sean

My phone number there is (951) 371-1744 ext. 257, I can answer any technical questions you may have. Jamie Joyce

Remind me what reducers are and please describe half flanges.

Reducers are the part that bolts to the collector. They start at 2 1/2" and "reduce" down to 2 1/4" so the muffler shop can easily adapt to the headers, no matter what size tail pipe you may have, its like a taper. The flanges on the collector are 1/2" thick, as are the reducer flanges.

    Jamie,
I have a factory V8 car with a manual 3-speed on the floor that I can let you borrow for however long you need it...or do you need a 3 on the tree car? I can bring it up to San Bernardino too.
