    I agree, just tint the windows a bit and the rollbar will fade away. Have fun with her!!

    Tiniting on the windows would help a little to hide the roll cage, wow Love that look, looks like my car with small bumpers and no halo top,

    Thanks folks,all i've got is compliments so far i'm very happy how it turned out. A few specs for those who don't know, 1991 302 H.O from a mustang,650 holley,performer rpm intake,duraspark ignition,6 rib serpintine pulleys,T-5 trans,lakewood scattershield,9" rear,3.89 gears,2.5 exhaust,headman headers,flowmasters,an original sun super tach,stewart warner gauges,hurst shifter with an old 4 speed handle.WHEW ! i think thats all.Derek.

    I think I am in love with your car. That is one of the very best looking cars I have seen. I love the simple yet very tastefully done look of it.

    The front rims are the factory 4" wheels the rears are from a 1972 Cougar not exactly sure on the width i think 6 or 7" the front tires are no name 205 75 14's the rears are firestone 225 70 14's.Right now i have a buddy building me a set of 15x8 steelies going to try them out in a few weeks.

    Other than painting it white,thats exactly the way I want my Comet to look when finished.I like cars that look stock,but aren't.

    Sounds good,i'm planning on going to the Ford show at Summit Ford in September,there is suppose to be 10 or so Maverick/Comet's going for sure.Derek

    Good condition?

    How much work did you do to it to get where you are?
    It looks like it was in nice shape. It gives me some ideas
    for the 69.5 Mav. that I bought in May. Originally gold, now
    white with the light gray/gold interior. Dan Starnes picked up
    some bucket seats for me that I bought on E-bay.

    It already has the factory dog dish caps and blackwalls.
    It needs a V8 and 5 lug swap.

    Post more pics.

    I had this pic downloaded from somewhere. Maybe a little lighter color
    than yours?
