    I found it on EBay. The guy sells them once in a while. It was a 3 volume set on CD in PDF format. Not the most easy thing to use, but has all the info.

    Nobody going to ask eztony to copy those CDs? :evilsmile

    Can't sell them...that would be illegal. But, you could make backup copies and then lose them (in the mail) :rolleyes:
