hole in back of roller motor, knock sensor?

I am running a carb'd roller motor in my motor swap. In the back of the block, just behind the intake, is a threaded hole facing up. I believe it is for the knock sensor or something like that, does this need to be plugged? I can't seem to find a fitting for it.

 

I'm not picturing that in my head. I am sure I have seen it before. I will peak at mine tommorow to see what is used for or blocked off.

I think that is for a ground. Can't remember, but is sure sounds familiar

 

it is the knock sensor dont know about pluging it i would plug it to be safe

 

no need to plug bro it doesnt go thru anything.
