More then likely, that Honda is going to smoke your 200. If you had a 250, you may have a chance, I have beat several Honda's with mine. I'd say you have little to no chance with a 200 though.

Beating a '96 V6 Mustang with your rice burner isn't exactly something to be proud of. :biglaugh: I'll bring my dad's '95 and run circles around you. ;)

    Not really.

Remember, HP ratings went from gross to net in 1972, so 120hp in 1970 was the equivilent of about 90hp in 1975.

I think the Civics will probably walk away from you.

damn that sucks. Oh well, guess I wont be doing any racing until I get a v-8:yup: . Any how yeah let me know how the car does at the track!. thanks alot for the info. hey hold on. I saw that there are some 93 hondas that have 85 horsepower, but then again I think the mav is heavier. Will the mav still get beat?

yea I know the rice burner beating the mustangs isnt nothing to be proud of. I dont even like rice burners!:rofl2: The thing is that I thought the mustangs were gonna beat us but no! pretty ironic I think:eek: Is that 95 a 6 cyl too? must be pretty fast!!! Hey what do you think my friends rice burner has any chance against a 96-98 V-8 mustang? I dont think so

John Ford once said on here that in 1970 Motor Trend did a performance review on the 70 Maverick 200 6cyl. Qtr mile performance times were not yet available as the car had not yet crossed the finish line!! Still funny,,,

That was the whole intention of me saying that I would give him the time of how "slow" the 1/8th mile tims were.

    Still that is funny!!!!!!!!
