    i know you already said you massaged the fenders but HOW!!!. i rolled the lip on my 71 4 door and am running 275's that barely clear on both sides. i would love some more info on this. if you are interested send over a p.m. and i will email you some recent pics of mine since i think we are the only 2 people in the country brave emough to restmod a 4 door. great look on the car. the wing is off of an 80's firebird right?

    give me time and I'll give you the details, for now the rims have to be certain measure;and in the front of the fenders you have to cut or sand it down to clear the inner tire when turning.
    And in the back side of the fender (see picture) hammer back down and then sand,prime, and paint.
